Astrea Recruitment EOOD, acting under the HR Academy brand, is the controller of this data. We use your CV, your motivation text and your contact details only to assess your application and to arrange your admission interview. Every application is read by a person; no automated system decides the outcome. We keep unsuccessful applications for six months, then delete them.
