Language note: This English version mirrors the Bulgarian document. For services supplied in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

Important implementation note

The live cookie table must be completed from a technical scan of the production website. Do not publish invented cookie names, durations or vendors.

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar identifiers store or read information on a device. They may be session or persistent, first-party or third-party.

2. Categories

  • Strictly necessary: security, consent choices and core operation; not disabled through the banner.

  • Functional: preferences; used with consent unless technically necessary.

  • Analytics: audience measurement; used only after prior consent.

  • Marketing: advertising or cross-site tracking; used only after prior consent.

3. Choice and withdrawal

The banner must offer equally accessible “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential” and “Settings” actions. Optional categories are off by default. A permanent “Cookie settings” link must allow withdrawal at any time without loss of core service.

4. Live cookie register

For every deployed technology record: name, provider/domain, purpose, category, duration, first/third party and any international transfer. Embedded video, maps, chat, analytics or social tools must not be omitted.

5. Third parties and contact

Before activation Astrea assesses vendor roles, contracts, retention and transfers outside the EEA. Browser controls may also block/delete cookies but do not replace the site consent control. Questions: [email protected].
